Most buyers see homes first on the internet and a poorly photographed home ends up on every national and local website. We will make your home look great on the web!
It is very important to price your home right from the beginning. With my 15 years of experience, I've come to have a pricing "6th sense" and I am very good at this.
The information on your home is first entered into the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) and from there it feeds into the big sites like Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo & on and on into each Real Estate Related Site. Sometimes, the different sites change the way the information is displayed and sometimes they make mistakes too (like putting the marker for your home on the wrong house etc.). We can usually manage to correct these mistakes.

We also send the website we create for your property to all the agents in the area by email so your home is regularly in front of them.
Although many agents don't believe in doing Open Houses, I do. And I put a color photo whenever possible (there is a lottery) in the newspaper to bring more people to the Open House. And usually we've got flowers and treats but we always wear a smile and make people feel at home.
